How To Return An Item:

Your item must be in its original condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect (the return will be initiated by the manufacture in this case). We must receive the item within 30 days of your purchase.

Please email store@barracudasolutions.com to request a refund and we will assign you an RMA number. Returns will not be accepted without an assigned and valid RMA number.  

NOTE: We do not refund the original shipping fee that you paid on the order unless the return is due to our error in which case we will also pay for the return shipping cost.

*Both Barracuda Networks and Barracuda Solutions reserve the right to reject a return request at their sole discretion.
