Barracuda Solutions provides a credit for products that are returned in connection with the purchase of an upgraded product. Credits are determined based on the age of the unit being upgraded. An eligible upgrade is one where the original unit is returned to Barracuda Solutions and it is replaced with a higher capacity unit of the same type. 100% hardware credit is provided for upgrade orders placed within 60 days of the original shipment date. 50% Hardware credit is provided for upgrade orders placed between 61 days and 18 months of the original shipment. 25% Hardware credit is provided for upgrade orders placed after 18 months. The credit is issued when the old unit is returned to Barracuda Solutions provided it is received within 30 days of the upgrade purchase. The original unit must have been fully paid and your account must be in good standing to be eligible for the credit.

To obtain credit, this form must be filled out and submitted with the upgrade purchase order. Our apologies, but incomplete forms will not receive the credit and will be rejected.

Barracuda Networks and Barracuda Solutions reserve the right to reject any Upgrade Credit Application at their sole discretion. Barracuda Networks and Barracuda Solutions reserve the right to terminate this program at any time without notice.
